Skilled, enthusiastic and organised, Helen joins us to support Luke Wenham and Lorraine Wenham.
Having spent 17 years as a Transport Manager, Gordon has joined CW Surfacing as our Plant and Fleet Manager. With extensive experience of managing both drivers and a fleet of vehicles, Gordon ensures our equipment is fully maintained and therefore working at optimal levels.
Wesley has recently been appointed as our SHE Manager. With a Masters Degree in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Management, Wesley has a wealth of experience in the construction and oil industry and is fully conversant with the latest CDM regulations. A Chartered member of IOSH, Wesley is also a full member of the IIRSM and APS.
Having founded the business alongside Charles in 1987, Susan managed the office function for many years and now works in a consultancy capacity. With extensive experience across all aspects of the business, Susan has ensured the current office based team are fully equipped to manage the business moving forwards, and now works in a consultancy role where required
Charles founded C W Surfacing Ltd in 1987. Having worked in the industry for over 45 years, Charles remains involved in the business, the expertise he brings is invaluable. His building and training of asphalt gangs to exacting standards has provided the company with the excellent reputation it has today. Lorraine leads the accounts department and has been instrumental in developing strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and supply partners to support the company’s rapid growth. Working closely with internal and external resources, Lorraine ensures the company’s ambitious plans can become reality.
